The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “IL BORBONE”, enhances, in the culinary art, the Neapolitan Ragù as the Bolognese one, the meat “alla pizzaiola” and the grilled one. Raw seafood and white fish are also perfect with this oil. But generally, it is just on the fish that is particularly suitable because it does not cover but accentuates its delicate flavour.
IL Borbone gives his best also with raw and cooked vegetables and legumes. As with other extra virgin olive oils, it is ideal for frying with all foods, because it keeps its organoleptic and chemical characteristics unaltered at high temperatures and for prolonged periods, however, trying to avoid reaching the “SMOKE POINT”.
